The Best Park development is planned for approximately 5000 people which gives a density factor of 20 people per acre. The concept is to provide a new approach that provides housing and related facilities for approximately 10 percent of the people using the facility, while also providing civic, cultural and educational opportunities for the immediate areas.


The Best Smart Park area is one component of the Chandarka Industrial Complex, located 12 kilometers from Bhubaneswar airport.
