INTECH PROJECTS INC. (INTECH) is developing a Smart Technology Park Company at Bhubaneswar, Orissa, India in joint partnership with Ratnala Bhal Inc.This park will be known as "Bhubaneswar Electronic & Software Technology Park (BEST). Intech's mission will be to create a profitable international SMART Technology Park (BEST SMART PARK), a unique concept in international markets based in Orissa. Intech Parks Private Ltd. has been registered in Bhubaneswar to take up this project. The specific business objectives of the Park are summarized below:

    Create and provide services for a truly international smart park for industrial (Software and associated non-polluting industries) and residential clients.

    Assist companies to compete internationally using competitive advantages of Orissa. Partner with other developers in implementing total solutions for the park's customers.

    The 100-acre area for industrial units will house standard design factories for quick start up activities in software and related industries. It will have storage go downs, bonded areas and will have access to modern loading, and transport facilities.

     The common facility will house an administrative block, a convention center, library, hotel complex, entertainment complex, recreational area, and a business center. The residential complex will have family accommodations, a shopping center with a supermarket and cafeterias, guesthouse, recreation centers and park, playgrounds, a primary health center and a primary school. The space in between these facilities will be beautifully landscaped with water bodies, walkways and lawns.
